Payment Confirmation

After your payment is successfully completed, you’ll receive an email with your order details. If you don’t receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us at contact@recreationhouse.com

Refunds & Cancellations

Since each item at Recreation House is thoughtfully curated, all sales are considered final once confirmed.
However, if your order arrives damaged or is noticeably different from what was described, we’ll be happy to offer a full refund or arrange a replacement (if available).
