Verizon Fios – Spend Less for Greater Value

August 2nd, 2009

We have in fact unusual analysis of Verizon than those individuals who has analyzed the Verizon FiOS’s services.

My experience is incredible with both Verizon FiOS’s customers service and the quality of the service actually delivered. Our family used to have Comcast and the service was terrible . Whenever Internet was cut, even if they already know about it, our family needs to wait until people in my community phoned-in to raised issues. And believe it or not, that’s the only time Comcast will broadcast interruption of service. We really knock on our neighbors door who have the same service as our of course, inquiring if they have phone-in Comcast about the network trouble issues and if not , our family will have to ask them to consider calling for their complaint , so that Comcast will have to announce outage . Or else they had to arrange a service appointment for another couple of days.

The moment FiOS was offered here I called without a second doubt, and subscribed to Verizon’s service and I was lucky, they really is the best in the market today. I made clear in my mind that the cost was at least the same as Comcast for cable but I never expected it would be cheaper than expected. And more actually have more programs and our family do not need to drop any channels that we watched with Comcast, which we thought is going to happen because it way cheaper than Comcast. But the other way happened, less money for greater value. The quality of picture is visibly superb none that I could compare with any other providers. My family members who were disappointed at me for changing, now don’t want to go back to Comcas. With added channels and improved quality of pictures, who would want to.

To add, I’ve rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes on the customer hotline service for questions , and had only one event of an outage in the past year compared to regular outages with Comcast.

I’m satisfied with Verizon FiOS’s services . We also changed to FiOS Internet, and FiOS’s home phone service and no complaints about it. FiOS’s services is really something you should delight yourself for a new level of TV experience.
